Brian Sweet

Brian Sweet, P.E.

Brian has been working in engineering and construction lender representation, equity investor representation, owner representation, project management and scheduling in construction projects for over twenty years.

Brian is a graduate of the University of Colorado and has a degree Architectural Engineering with an active Professional Engineering license.

In RE Consulting Co, Brian is involved in overall operations. He is also client and developer-facing when it comes to projects. Brian reviews projects on a daily basis and prepares reports both on an upfront and a monthly basis, ensuring risk is being mitigated and plans are unfolding as they should.

Jeff Kleinschmidt

Jeff Kleinschmidt

Jeff has an extensive history in general contracting, operations management, project management, estimating, scheduling and BIM. Jeff is a graduate of Kansas State University College of Engineering and Rockhurst University Helzberg School of Business. He’s been working in these commercial construction areas for over twenty-five years.

At RE Consulting Co, Jeff is involved in the accounting and finance along with the operational systems. Having robust lean systems experience and certification from the University of Kentucky, Jeff focuses on making a clear path to objectives both at RE Consulting Co and with the clients.

Dannette Brunsman

Dannette Priest Brunsman

Dannette has provided superior project administration, construction document coordination, and customer service to the construction industry for over twenty years. She is responsive, solution-oriented, and possesses a keen eye for detail allowing her to quickly and efficiently review and address key concerns found within project documentation.

At RE Consulting Co, Dannette is involved in the day-to-day operations including the processing and review of upfront information and draw documentation. Her passion is to work productively with Lenders, Borrowers, Owner Reps, and Contractors to achieve development objectives and funding goals.

Chris DeAngelis

Chris DeAngelis

Chris is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  Chris has been working in an engineering and construction management role for over five years. 

Chris is detail oriented with a special interest in being involved in the big picture aspects of projects, large and small.

At RE Consulting Co, Chris is involved in the day-to-day operations including project site visits, Borrower and Contractor related communications, and the preparation of both upfront and monthly reports to multiple Lenders in the commercial construction industry. 

As a part of his role with RE Consulting Co, Chris has experience consulting on a wide range of product types including residential, retail, multi-family, office and warehouse projects.  

Chris’s focus is centered around identifying problems and developing solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
